  • Composition of a pre-opening budget containing all expenses related to commercial activities, recruitment and training and all other operational items
  • Collaboration with the architect and interior designer to review plans from an operational perspective and assist in the sourcing of all FF&E and operating supplies
  • Review of the needs for all hotel related software and source accordingly
  • Proposal of possible franchise or affiliation partners and negotiate terms
  • Implementation of an extensive commercial strategy and action plans
  • Recruitment and training off General Manager and all staff as well as implementation of all HR related procedures
  • Application for all licenses needed to operate the hotel
  • Roll out of all policies and procedures
  • Draft of the post opening operational budget
